"Terrible management!!! The manager Andrea is by the far worst manager I have ever had to deal with. They over charged my card and she will not refund me what was over charged. And good luck getting ahold of her. After leaving messages for her with the front desk staff, she never responds. I would not recommend SCAM"

"I was over charged $989.00 when I checked out on Friday 02/02/24. I called everyday for 4 days and management did not refund me my money. I eventually headed back to the hotel from Indianapolis IN, for a new reservation. That next week. The manager told me since I was over charged I wouldn’t need to pay anything for this new reservation. 3 days into the new reservation I was charged $659.00 and an additional $109.00. Management did not help. I was told to call corporate. When I called corporate they told me she had to refund me. I went back and forth with corporate and hotel management for the last 2 weeks. I Still have not been refunded and nobody is helping me. Terrible management!"

"I would love to give zero stars for this hotel. We had a fire happen in our house so our insurance company found this hotel for us to stay at till our house was rebuilt. We checked out earlier than we were originally supposed to and went to a different hotel because of how fed up we were with the lazy staff and how ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING the hotel is. Don’t waste your money staying here. Rooms are outdated and worn down. Torn wall paper, torn up carpet, bugs in room. *Breakfast is gross, it’s always burnt and cold. Also saw a staff member sneeze into the food. *Showers do not drain. Shower heads covered in green mildew. *Housekeeping doesn’t clean or come in your room if you’re a long time guest. They are also EXTREMELY loud with slamming doors, yelling in a different language than English, and running into things. *Theres no noise canceling in this hotel. You can hear everything. Guests next to you, people stomping around upstairs above you. *The manager is rude and doesn’t care about any concerns a guest has about anything. She will blow you off. We had a concern about a bee hive in our room and bugs. *Fire alarms go off for no reason. One time they went off all day from 2pm to 8pm for no reason what’s so ever and the staff had no idea what they were doing. *During our stay there was also a pipe that bursted next to our room and flooded the 3rd floor. *PAY ATTENTION TO CHARGES ON YOUR CARD. THE WILL RANDOMLY CHARGE YPUE CARD RANDOM AMOUNTS WITHOUT YOUR AUTHORIZATION."

"Great location for what we needed. Standard continental breakfast. Smell of cigarettes throughout the entire hotel. Furniture in the room was in rough shape. Tub had pieces of plaster/wall in it when we arrived, and water did not drain. Shower head was very grimy and made a horrible high pitch scream sound when on. I know they allow pets (great for people that need that option) but our room must have been poorly cleaned because I had horrible pet allergies the entire visit."

"We stayed as we were passing through town. It’s an older property that could benefit from a refresh 4/5 stars. The room and common areas were all spotless, I loved that we could open the windows for a little fresh air and it was very quiet. I was compelled to write this 5 star review after the excellent service we received from Reid, the overnight desk attendant. We were exhausted from a long drive and he was welcoming, pleasant and efficient. We were grateful for his professionalism and customer service and went off to bed very pleased."
