"Been living in the apartment about a year just renewed my lease. For the location and price it's not a bad little place. The Land lady is actually a very nice woman with a very friendly dog. Who adores my cat . The pet rent is actually really reasonable. Our rent includes Trash, water, heat, and storage unit on site. We have washer and dryer units on site as well. For my roommate and I, having it right next to Planet Fitness is very convient. Also being close to downtown Brighton is extremely convient. Most the apartments are new renovated. I am in a older unit that is upgraded here and there. Since my roommate lived with his friend before I took over the lease last year. They only have had a few things upgraded. Like the kitchen. Plans to renovate the bathroom is in the works. I actually like the place and so does my cat. My roommate doesn't mind it to much. Honestly for the location and price. It's not all that bad. Believe me I have lived in worse places."

"Loudest place I ever lived. The google maps dot is off by a block, it shows it being down the street. Hidden oaks is right in front of planet fitness and since it's a 24 hour gym there are loud cars in and out all day and night playing music, people talking loudly. The building is maybe 50 feet from grand river road so all the big trucks that go by all night can be heard even through the walls. Building is outdated with poor insulation and no central A/C so each apartment depends on a little window air conditioner which isn't enough. Place should be torn down and replaced with a parking lot or a commercial business. Really bad location for an apartment building. Wouldn't recommend it."
