"Tracy did a wonderful job to make sure that our stay at the Courtyard Marriott went smoothly over our wedding weekend. My husband and I each had one suite to get ready in over our wedding weekend and we were able to use the willow room for our rehearsal dinner, hair/makeup the morning of, and after party! The rooms were spacious and clean and our guests had a great experience too! The only negative was that there was a bit of back and forth/confusion with the initial room blocks but was quickly resolved well in advance of our wedding. Would recommend!"

"I have a lifetime elite member stay status with Marriott. Was very sick through the night well into the next morning and called when I could, 40 hrs ahead, to cancel a multi-night reservation ( this hotel policy is 48 hrs) with the intent to rebook later. Regardless of all above, was charged one night in full even though I didn't/couldn't travel. No empathy, understanding or consideration over the phone....what will one get in person? I do not recommend and will not rebook."

"After having a good experience staying here in June 2023 for a bridal shower I happily rebooked for a wedding weekend checking in 9/28/23 and departing 10/1/23. Never again. The “suite” we were in, 105, was infested with ants and spiders- they were coming out of the drain and the air conditioning unit. The room smelled strongly like mildew upon checking in, but the man working the second shift front desk was nowhere to be found. I waited over 10 minutes at the desk (even calling the desk to see if he had the phone to let him know people were waiting) for him to finally return from smoking, finally addressing those concerns I asked for a second key since my partner was going to be joining me. The key was activated- but he never gave me the actual key. He kept a post it with my room number, and my partner’s name on it all night at the front desk for anyone to grab. When I asked him to give me the key, he said he wasn’t able to do that and would hold it up front. It was quite unsettling as a solo female traveler to not have my safety taken into account. Maintenance did come to our room to spray for bugs, but they were still coming out of the sink and shower Sunday morning when we checked out. All in, the location is great but I won’t be back."

"Booked a king bed room on hotels dot com. Arrived to check in and was told they overbooked and didn’t have our room available. Was left with no choice but to cancel and they tried to charge me a $99 cancellation fee like it was my fault. Both desk reps were unhelpful and would give them one star for customer service. No help finding a neighboring hotel with the room they promised me or ability to get a comparable rate at a neighboring hotel"
