"Glad to have called this place home for 2 years. Terrye is so nice and will take care of any problems you have. She got my carpets steam cleaned for me when they started looking rough and it looked like the day I moved in afterwards! Love the proximity to Meijers and downtown. Pet friendly neighborhood as well, love seeing all the dogs! Will miss this place and the spacious appartment!"

"I sold my home and was in limbo of where to go next, I am very particular so I wanted an extremely nice community and I found it at Aberdeen. The apartments are newer, very nice and they come with one or two car garages, that’s hard to find. The community is tucked away so it’s safe and quiet. My neighbors were great and the property manager Terrye took care of everything, I never had any issues during my stay. I recommend Arberdeen Apartments. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"We have lived here for 5 months and so far there have been no issues. We love it! There were a couple minor maintenance requests we had to make but they were fulfilled/resolved quickly. Everyone is friendly in the neighborhood and the staff is kind and great at what they do."

"I was looking to rent in here. Lady was helpful at first but then kept blowing us off when we wanted to view the apt. Tired calling several times to talk to her and nothing. Gave up for awhile and decided to try again (covid has everything upside down) but again no answer so I finally got thru to someone via chat and set something up only for the lady to show the place offer to email us some information regarding moving in but never sent to us. This lady dropped the ball several times with us and we will not look here again if you can't make sure your potential renters are helped. I can only imagine once your in. Update! 1/27/21 Well I reviewed you guys 4 months ago and you now decided to respond but your information is inaccurate. We did see 2 units of what we were interested. We knew they were the exact ones but the layout was. Your office lady was suppose to get back to us about some stuff and we never heard back from her. I reached out by email and phone. We were interested and ready to do what we needed but we were waiting on papers to get an exact run down on move in cost/monthly cost. This happened 2x as we've been looking for awhile."
