"I have never had such bad customer service in my life. My fiancé and I were trying to book a room block for our wedding here since the first week of January. We have called about 8 times and sent 4 emails and each time we have been promised that someone would get back with us with the discount code and additional details yet no response. We have called corporate a few times and still have not heard back from the manager at this location. The customer service at this location is GARBAGE so BEWARE trying to book an event here. You’ll most likely just get angry and stressed out like we have. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!"

"The room and hotel in general was not clean. Stayed here for a wedding last fall. The morning after we arrived loud music was being played in the pool area at 6:30am. It echoed all through the hotel and wasn't turned off for an hour. There never seemed to be staff at the front desk if you needed anything. If they were there I waited for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. The side door going into the hotel was always unlocked and very unsafe. I left a dress in the closet. When someone called to inform me about it I was initially told someone would reach out to me to have it shipped and that it would be a third party company calling. After hearing nothing for weeks I attempted to call back multiple times. I was met with no answer for multiple days. Finally someone answered and seemed helpful. She said there is never a third party that handles left items and they do the shipping. She wasn't sure why someone would tell me that. She said she would get back to me after checking on my dress. Never heard back. After more phone calls that were never answered I finally got through and was told the person on the other end was a manager. She apologized, stated they would check on it and that the place left items were stored in is locked. She said she didn't have a key. She said once she did have the key she would check on my dress and call me back. I never heard back from her. If it wasn't over 2 hours away I would have just drove back. Terrible service. I understand it's on me that I left it but don't make empty promises of calling me back and checking on things. Just say you couldn't find it. Why call me to let me know I left it in the first place if you have no intention of shipping it to me?"

"The pool was so cold & the hot tub was broken, so no bubbles & my bath water is hotter. All the kids used the hot tub as their pool. The rooms were nice & clean & big. The pillows & bed are very comfortable."

"The hot tub was cold and the jets barely work. The front desk came and it warmed a tiny bit but it was cold and not enjoyable . We went back to room 127 and I picked up my shirt from the bathroom counter and a very large cockroach ran out from under it. I’m praying none got in my bags and I shook everything as well as I could and left. For a large roach like that to be out in plain sight with people and noise and bright lights means there is a major infestation. I am so disappointed and disgusted."

"Rooms are a bit small but have the essentials. The pool area is nice, nothing extravagant but nice. the kids always love the pool don't they? The staffing is great, loved smiles and friendliness. The manager gal could use some scotch tape to get a smile. Maybe she was having a bad day maybe not. THIS IS MY REVIEW ON MY EXPERIENCE. Not a critique on someone's personal life. I'm always mindful of my environment and the company I am in. Other than the manager, this is a great place to relax. I enjoyed my visit."
