"My wife and I spent a long weekend here last summer and absolutely adored our experience. We loved the John Calvin room and the cozy accommodations at Cottonwood. Location is easily accessible to Saugatuck and Holland and has the best rates I could find in the area. But even if it didn’t, it would be well worth the stay. Liz was a phenomenal host and crafted scrumptious breakfast menus every morning. We reflect fondly on the trip - a belated thank you from us!"
"Cottonwood Inn is the quintessential B&B — a beautiful and perfectly (seemingly 19th century, but actually newer) home built with the finest materiale in a lovely wooded setting, replete with the perfect, welcoming and most helpful hostess, Liz. (She runs a B&B because she is “a people person,” as she puts it.) She and Cottonwood made our stay in the wonderful lakeside town of Holland a real treat. After her delectable breakfast, we sat around with coffee as she plied us with ideas on where to go and what to see. A true gem of a B&B. —James Huskey"

"We stayed at Liz's for our wedding in June. Her place is exactly what we needed; peace, quiet, & comfort. The John Calvin room reeks of beautiful history preserved yet warm and inviting. The 3 seasons room (adjacent to the master bedroom) was a very relaxing way to start our day. Her homemade breakfast was amazing everyday. Very savory. We enjoyed sitting and talking with her and the other guests. Thank you for hospitality, we will defiantly be staying with you in the future."
