"definitely five stars, but I'm really low maintenance, room had a microwave and a fridge with working ac with remote. free breakfast was bottle of water and teo granola bars, but it was free! location just far enough away from downtown that i seen no junkies addicts or another homeless person! worth every penny!!!"
"Clean, well-managed, and meets basic needs. If you 're looking for luxury, look further. This isn't the place. It's an older building with limited amenities, but they are doing the best they can. In our case, we spent a long weekend visiting Holland and Saugatuck/Douglas. Availability elsewhere was tough and prices were outrageous. This Days Inn location met our basic needs, was safe and clean, and the staff were great! It's located just a few minutes from downtown Holland, and it worked out very well for us."
"The staff were lovely. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was in serious need of a deep cleaning. The couch and the desk chair were covered in mysterious stains. The furniture was sticky and there were stains on the walls. Even for the price, we would not stay there again."
"Customer service was great! This Days Inn is a little dated, but it's okay at this price for Holland area it was good enough for us. Mattress was reasonably comfortable. I had two issues with the room, I asked the person at desk for help. Both items were taken care of in a timely manner and I was satisfied. I like the location, close to main roads. Good area to take a walk. I checked out feeling like I would stay here again. Thank you to the all the staff at this Days Inn"
