"Friendly staff, beautiful & clean hotel, but HORRIBLE beds. The hotel was clean and had some beautiful design aspects. The staff was quite friendly. The worst part, was the bed. I have never slept on such a hard mattress that it was difficult to sleep and I woke up with more pains than a 90 year old. Some may not mind that amount of firmness, but it was honestly so terrible for me. I personally feel a hotel should invest in some seriously nice mattresses considering that's basically the main service they provide. I definitely think they got the cheapest ones they could get. The bathroom was also very small. My husband and I could not both be in there at the same time. The door barely misses the front end of the toilet so you have to squeeze against the sink and toilet to shut the door and get to the shower. The bedroom itself felt fairly spacious, but every surface was incredibly hard, even the floor. I was thankful to have my slippers with me. There were some design flaws with the shower, as well. As someone who does not want to get their hair wet everyday, having a rain head/ceiling mounted fixture is not ideal. They do also have a handheld sprayer, but it's mounted waist high on the wall with no other hook or place to raise it higher without holding onto it. It's not a big thing, but did make showering a bit more difficult for me. Parking is definitely another downside. There are only about 10-15 spots on either side of a round about for the hotel. Otherwise, you have to park across the street in some designated areas. It's not a far walk, but definitely wasn't ideal trying to find somewhere to park amongst all the college students. Overall, it was nice, but given the bed situation alone, I wouldn't stay here again."
