"Avoid working with Todd! I was supposed to close on property im selling today at noon. When i got there Todd said there was an issue with my mortgage company and we couldn't close today. He said he had been trying to get the pay off from them for 2 weeks, and there was a lein on the property. I drove 225 miles to be at this meeting. I asked why he didnt call me, he said he had emailed me. I checked and he had sent the email that same day at ten. I then said lets call the mortgage co and figure this out because i know there isnt a lein on the property. He said he had to be somewhere in 9 minutes. I asked what i am supposed to do to straighten this out. He shrugged, got in his car and drove off. I called the mortgage company and they said there wasn't a lein on the property and they had sent Metropolitan everything they had asked for last week ! Luckily Megan from Metropolitan was willing to do Todd's job for him and we were able to close today. Todd is without a doubt one of the most unprofessional people ive attempted to do business with. Hope he enjoyed skipping out on us, leaving us high and dry, while he went to lunch"
