"Really long wait with literally no one in there both in lobby and in back. They also didn’t bother to ask which pharmacy I use so before leaving I made sure and they sent it to the wrong one so I had them correct it only to drive for them to tell me they never got it and endpoint is not answering my phone call like I said no one was there waiting so this is just a lazy nurse joint."
"Went in to one trying to get a return to work note so i dont lose job and they just said,no. Didn't even get to see Dr. Tried calling the other ones in area but they all share the same number and was saying they were closed even though they are not. So if you're desperate, in a hurry, and want reliable compassionate help id maybe try somewhere else"
"It's always nice to wait 20+ min over ur appt time, yes we arrived early as they say to, with a sick kid and have to listen to the staff talk about partying and making jello shots, dates, and other personal things instead if doing their job!!!!!"
"An evening avocado snack resulted in a knife wound in my hand. My husband rushed me to this Urgent Care and we arrived 1 minute before they were going to close. They could easily have turned us away...after a long day, I'm sure they were all ready to go home. But instead we were greeted with the most friendly staff and people that were really willing to take care of me. Great facility! Excellent care! Thank you thank you thank you!!"
"Do not choose this Urgent Care!! The Nurse Practioner walked to just inside the room that I had been waiting in for quite a while and never came within 6 feet of me. She was only in the room for less than 2 minutes and never examined me. She prescribed a very low dose of antibiotics and walked out of the room. I ended up in another Urgent Care 3 days later and Wow! What a different experience!! Examined, diagnosed and properly treated.....the way that it's supposed to be."
