"Cardiac nurse was very disrespectful on the phone to my mother while asking questions about medication. We don't have a degree in medicine. This is why we ask questions."

"They have a system that requires you to check in online days before your appointment. Then you get here and have to wait in line and have to check-in again. Once you’re in the building before you can go back to the physicians office you’re supposed to see."

"Dr. Uy is great. Very understanding and listened to my issues. I've been working with him and Marla since 2013. I'll be missing Marla Troyer Lpn,may you have even more success with your career wherever you go."

"I really love Dr.Mehta he really cares about his patients but today I was treated so very hurtful by the staff making calls today. She spoke to me very mean and unprofessional and then hung up. Still no prescriptions, very sad if you ask me your patients pay your paycheck. I really hope everyone is treated this poorly or someday people might go somewhere else. If you don't like your job go somewhere else, no need to disrespect and be hateful to others."

"My first GI referral to here was in December 2022. It took them over 6 months to even see me. Another 2 to schedule me for a colonoscopy (p.s. you won’t hear what time your procedure is until THE DAY BEFORE). The GI doctor there for the procedure, Dr. Raza I had never met before. Didn’t even know he was my GI, as he wasn’t there for my previous appointment. Colonoscopy was in August of 2023, it is currently October 4, I still have not heard any results, or next steps, or anything. They finally could get me in yesterday for the procedure review, yet they double booked me with another patient so needed to reschedule mine to the end of October, and refused to even let that appointment (that they had to reschedule) be telemedicine, despite me living an hour away. Naturally, I am pretty upset. And feeling extremely uncared for. I will not be going back, and have asked my primary care physician to refer me to a GI that actually cares about the wellbeing of their patients. I promise you, this place isn’t it."
