"My girlfriend and I recently suffered the loss of our beloved dog, Grace. Unfortunately, our experience with Noah's Landing was disappointing from the start. When I initially called to inquire about their services, the person who answered the phone (Janelle, I believe) failed to offer any condolences or show empathy. She seemed rushed and uninterested. Despite this, we brought Grace to Noah's Landing, but the staff continued to show no sympathy or compassion. When we asked for a moment alone with Grace, Janelle seemed reluctant to give us a room. We also asked for a note for work, and Janelle laughed and said no one had ever asked for that before. We were confused by her reaction. We were also told they’d do a paw print free of charge. Later, we were told that Faithful Friends would ONLY do the paw print, which is a lie. The staff failed to communicate this clearly, and we ended up paying for the paw print through Faithful Friends. When we picked up Grace's remains, the staff was again cold and uncaring, simply handing us her ashes and the items we purchased from Faithful Friends without a single word. Overall, our experience with Noah's Landing was deeply disappointing and lacking in compassion. In a time of grief, we expected more empathy and understanding from a veterinary office."
"Love this place! Don't have to wait in a waiting room with other animals, they put you right in a room. My dog isn't afraid of going here because she remembers they give her peanut butter when giving shots!"
"Such helpful staff, so friendly and caring of animals. Dr Champion seems real thorough and takes much time with his patients. He's so kind. I appreciate the typed up instructions of his diagnosis and the treatment plan. It's easily shared with my husband who wants to be aware of our pet's issues. I feel confident with our vet and his diagnosis!"
"They got Molly in fast when she wasn't feeling good and did a great job with her hyper self. You can tell they really care about animals. It was also very clean and everybody we met there was friendly."
