"I am not the type of person to write reviews but unfortunately I feel that it is very necessary. I recently got a Puppy he is only 4 months old and started daycare going 4 days a week while I go to school and work. On the first day I was toured and told that he would go in a separate room with the smaller dogs- I never saw this "room" but i thought nothing of it- Everything seemed perfect, the staff was friendly and My puppy seemed to come home happy. After about 2 weeks of him attending daycare, he had more energy when leaving than when he arrived in the morning. I noticed that he was never on the Facebook page and upon arrival he was always sleeping in a cage. I went inside and began to ask questions such as "How long does he actually play throughout the day" "Does he spend a-lot of time in those cages". They explained to me that there is 4 rotations of groups each playing for 20 mins (larger dogs are in multiple groups therefore playing for longer.) My dog would sit in a cage watching the other dogs play for an hour until he was finally released to play for only 20 mins. They explained to me that because of his size he can only play with smaller dogs- but I was told day 1 that the smaller dogs play in a separate room. I totally understand that my dog is small but I still wish I was told that information from day one. 2 stars because I think this is a great place for larger dogs and the staff is friendly but this is not a fit environment for smaller dogs."
"On December 19 my dog came into get groomed. She came in at 9:00 they were a little busy(it was the first time she came into the groomer) They were so busy they just came in and toke her. I didn’t get the groomer or get her s name. 5hours later and 3 calls (3:45) I picked up my dog. They never gave her water or toke her outside. I call and talk to Dominic ( not sure if the spelling) she was great! I wasn’t to upset with her but told her my concerns. She was very kind and offered her services if I brought her back. I’m so glad I told her my concerns and I would love to have her work on my dog but I’m afraid it will happen again. She was a little traumatized. She wouldn’t go into the car. I understand things get busy but really no water. The poor dog kept drinking water. Please I know you guys try your best but she is a very timid dog and she doesn’t like rides in cars. Remember these pets are well loved. The groomer should have at least gave her water. She also has a uti weeks before so that did help."
"Love taking my dog here. He has made so many frienda and is excited to go back. Plus, all of the extras we can sign up for is really cool!"
"Cannot rave about this place enough! They have been watching my ferret, Sock, for a long while now and have always shown him so much love. Recently, he became very ill. He is old and we expect that his time is on the horizon, but we're hoping to have some more good months until that happens. He was diagnosed with liver cancer, and since he was not contagious and had stabilized, they were willing to watch him for a few days when I had to go out of town (last resort option!) - while gone, they took INCREDIBLE care of him. I don't need to tell you how stressful boarding can be for animals, but they took that into account. The area is noisy because of all the dogs, but they made sure he had a quiet and cozy place to stay with a spacious cage. The wonderful vet techs administered his medication twice per day with love and care. Moreover, they played and snuggled with him when they could to make sure he wasn't lonely and did independent research to make sure any treats they gave him were OK for ferrets to eat. When he came home last night, he had much more energy than when I dropped him off - he played and did his "happy dance" for the first time since he got sick! THANK YOU, AAC! Sock and I love and appreciate you so very much. Hoping to see you again soon. ❤️"
"We’ve always had good experiences in the past but recently we’ve noticed that when we bring our dog to daycare he never comes home feeling like he played at all (fur not even messed up from playing). We also love how the groomer does our dog but there’s obviously must be some miscommunication with the operations side of the business. She has always been so nice and helpful when we are able to speak to her but on multiple occasions we’ve tried to reach out about specific requests to her through the front desk and they never seem to make it to her. Also, the drop off window is from 9-12 but what they don’t tell you is that your dog might not get worked on until 2pm which means they’re in a small grooming cage, not the daycare pens, all day long. Calling the front desk gets you no where. They never answer and even after leaving a message they never return your calls."
