"Tried to become a new customer. Was told the meds I needed they were short on and is only for their current customers. Wanted to change to this pharmacy on a friends recommendation but wouldn't now."

"This place has been great until today, came into an empty pharmacy, waited at the counter (not long, but longer than I should have for an empty pharmacy) had updated insurance info, but was told it was already updated, actually not because I should not have had a co-pay…didn’t feel like bringing it up again because I didn’t want to deal with more “attitude” then I already did from someone who should have been doing their job. Maybe it was an off day for the employee, and if so I’m sorry, but today was my “off” day and the whole experience really grinded my gears…"

"I'm giving this pharmacy 5 stars. Not because of never having problems with any of the lady's at the pharmacy. Their older ladies and I completely understand that people have bad days so if anyone has had a cranky lady in the pharmacy remember they deal with all kinds of people that are difficult with them. I've been coming here for over 5 years now. I've never had a problem with any medications being filled and they fill them quickly. Also their is nothing that they have done to ever mess up my scripts. That's pretty good for a five year stretch. So it's hard to get five stars from me but they did it. Congrats ladies!!!!"
