"Was in this location 2/13/24 and asked the head Pharmacist a couple of questions and he seemed very Irritable and irritated with my questions and only responded with half answers. I think maybe he needs to freshen up on his social skills."

"My experiences here has been horrible!!! I will never go back and waste my money here!!! First experience happened in the morning and awhile back when one of the front desk cashier, the old one, was extremely crabby and rude. My current experience happened at the pharmacy today 11 – 9–23, around 12:45 PM to 1 PM. The assumed pharmacist (but does not look professional at all due to his shaggy two-tone colored hair) and another lady who was older with dark hair, had such an atrocious manner. The shaggy hair guy made a comment that made me felt extremely uncomfortable, coming across ignorant. He asked if I was going to the Rite Aid across the street for sinus medication when I was simply trying to use a coupon they gave me. I had to spend $15 or more to get $5 dollars off allergy or pain meds so I asked to get two, not thinking anything and forgot that there was a regulation on cold and sinus medications. I simply need a cold and sinus medication without pseudoephedrine. I am allergic to pseudoephedrine. Never going here ever again! Wouldn’t give any stars, but had to in order to give a review."

"I live right by a CVS but choose to go to this one because the pharmacy staff is top notch. My scripts are filled quickly and the staff is very knowledgeable."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. The pharmacists are absolutely clueless the worst experience I have ever had. We will not be returning. Pharmacist was rude and not polite at all. Made continues excuses due to the lack of oxygen to her brain. The pharmacist lacked common sense. Like how stupid do these people think we are? The lady claimed her computer crashed. Then explained I need to go cause the next person is waiting for there drugs. The pharmacists & employees here are Simpletons all the way."

"Awful stopped in with an appointment for vaccines while they had walk ins available. They mixed up our names and didn't explain anything, then canceled everything and told us to schedule another appointment. We walked into miejer Pharmacy and was helped right away!"
