"Staff had good energy, but I didn't want lettuce on my sandwich & ended up with it anyways. Also we ordered the Chili due to being a chilly day out, trying a new sandwich shop. We ordered the chili & I swear it was just chili soup. Pretty much a few tiny pieces of I think meat, like no joke, only like 2 kidney/chili beans in both containers we got, so I'm calling it chili. Smh do better pls & thank u"
"I have never had a good experience using the drive-thru. Every single time, they forget something. Chips, mac, a whole sandwich. It is ALWAYS something. They make it very clear they do not care how accurate your order is. It is up to you to double check everything in the bag, and if you forget to, tough luck."

"We like Potbelly! And we finally got our youngest to try it after going another nearby restaurant over it ever time we would visit. He even looked it! I've eaten the Wreck most visits but choose a salad this visit. Maybe not quiet enough lettuce it was delicious nonetheless. 2023_02_05 went yet again to Potbelly and had another great sandwich! I get The Wreck with everything but onion & hot peppers. My wife gets the Avo Turkey and likes it. Very consistent service and food!"
"Obed has fantastic customer service. Even if I hadn't liked my food I was prepared to give 5 stars for that alone. I needn't have worried. Everything was delicious. The shakes are thick and delicious with this cutest yummy cookie on top. The S'mores cookies were indeed good. Even though Obed said if I didn't like them he'd take them. L0L The loaded potato soup was hot and so good!! I got the chicken salad and provolone on multigrain wheat. We will definitely be back here before we leave. Oh, I can't forget the place is so clean!!! Hats off to the 3 gentlemen working today at 6:30ish Saturday August 6th."
