"02/15/24 12:15pm. Walked into the lobby, the manager was cashing someone’s check (several hundred dollars) and she finished. She then rudely told us we had to order through their kiosk. After fumbling through their menu we were unable to get a printed receipt. Food was almost average for the chain—beef tacos were extra greasy. It was $17 for five tacos and one large drink. While eating I noticed an approximately 80yo man come in and stand at the counter to order. After 5 minutes we left and he was still waiting."
"They will not take your order inside dining area. There was no one coming through the drive through and person at drive-up window was just staring off into space. One employee was not working said they are having problems finding workers. It is a shame that idle drive-up person cannot see someone is waiting to order."
"Stopped in for a large drink. Customer service is completely gone at this location and all other taco bell restaurants. 6 people behind the counter. I was never acknowledged. After placing my order through a machine, no one was available to take my money. I ended up leaving without my drink. Totally disappointed in no personal contact with a person."

They promptly resolved the mix-up by ensuring that I received the correct food items that I had originally ordered. Though the initial error was disappointing, their proactive response and willingness to make it right demonstrate their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, despite the minor setback, I found the food enjoyable and their customer service commendable."
