"WORST experience I have ever had at a vet!!!!! Horrible communication and no transparency for billed services. Took my dog in the back instead of doing the exam in the office. Had blood work without approval then offered me the opportunity to waive the bloodwork AFTER they ALREADY took it. Owner came out, not to apologize but to say “it’s my practice and I can choose how to run it the way I want”. It’s not right to do anything to an animal without approval. But apparently it a part of their “process” to streamline things because “we don’t have enough doctors and time to visit and bring the animals back and forth” according to the owner.. I was never given owner/informed consent nor signed anything of procedures or cost prior to anything done to my dog. Breaking the law, malpractice, all while taking advantage of animal lovers for billed services."

"Very compassionate and accommodating. We had 2 minor emergencies this year involving non life threatening issues, however, requiring immediate attention. Patterson was able to get our puppies in without an appointment, but with professional skilled care. Most recently our dog was having an allergic reaction. They worked with me to get our dog in same day and provided wonderful care. Thank you!!"
