"I had to wait 6 months for an appt to be seen at my own office. Been waiting 2 yrs for a referral to a gastrointestinal doctor. I was in a bad car accident 4 yrs ago and have a huge hernia which nothing has been done about. The gastrointestinal doctor I saw after the accident said there was no hernia even though there is plenty of records to the contrary. He refused to look at them even though he sent me to a surgeon for the hernia earlier in the year for that exact reason. I'm sick of being gaslit by Borgess doctors. Dr. Henry's office hasn't had a someone to deal with my diabetic issues for months either. Had numbers in the 3 and 4 hundreds with no one to help with bringing it down. For the 2yrs I've had her as a doctor if you called her office there was no one in her office that answered the phone. I will be looking to change to Bronson doctors."

So I learned that if you see any receptionist; they will not only tell you where to go, they give you a marked colored line to follow.
