"When I first arrived I was not welcomed warmly by the receptionist, though she did seem a bit friendlier by the end of the appointment .(I was a new patient and had made an appointment to see the doctor following a fall with foot pain.) The PA was great! Both warm and professional. Young Dr. Jastifer seemed to be in a great hurry. Never sat down. He did order X-rays and asked me how I hurt my foot.He Answered my questions quite broadly re:activities I should or should not do with a small fracture with, “If it hurts don’t do it”. No suggestions as to how it might BEST heal. Then he asked me if I was aware of the very bad arthritis in my big toe. Well of course I’m aware of it!!!! (He obviously has none!) He did say before he left the examination room, “Have fun with your granddaughter!” which was nice-I had come to him to learn how to treat this injury as I am taking care of her for a week in two weeks. I left disappointed.But maybe he was just overloaded that day. We all have stellar and less than stellar days!"
