"Then and Now... Then: i would rave about this place to everyone.the doctor the staff they were the best.ive been going for 12 years. They would send out postcards to remind you that your pets do for vaccines or boosters. They made you feel comfortable and at home it was nice going there. NOW: UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP. THEE MALE VET. WAS NERVOUS AND SHAKING WHEN HE TESYED MY CAT FOR GLUCOMA.TOOK HIM 3 TIMES TO PIN HER EYE.THEN THE STAFF FINISHED IT UP.NOBODY IS PERSONABLE .IT DOESNT FERL LIKE A GOOD PLACE AND MY PET HAS NEVER HAD ISSUES THERE BUT SHE DID THIS TIME. I don't plan on going back. The girls who answered the messages and answers the phones the one I talked to anyways rude snobby in a sense no I give this one star I go to 10 Mile and Greenfield to emergency pet hospital there they're fantastic they're personable and they understand and they're caring they make you feel like home again and they love your pets."

"The staff were excellent. I would have liked to have been notified that Dr. Seferi was no longer there. All of the prices have gone up and now you charge a sanitation fee per pet. Might have to search for a place more affordable."

"This place was recommended to me by a friend and when we arrived everyone spoke and was complementary. My puppy Saint needed his first vacations and the vet was fully booked as we were doing a walk-in. The Vet was very apologetic and showed compassion for my Saint. He was able to fit Saint in for his vax later that day. They have wonderful customer service and truly luv-n-care for your pets! This will be Saint’s primary care center."
