"After finding out there care credit plan is worthless for bearded dragon owners and only gives a discount on purchases in store and there's no other benefits apply towards us, we're simply disappointed and more informed now. The staff was completely clueless when asked why we were told differently, also have continued 59 have absolutely no concern for the amount dead is with their feeder insects roaches mostly dead, crickets always dead sizes misrepresented, and nobody seems to correct even since Informing them both via phone and in person , the online ordering was a joke made us wait all day for guaranteed by 4pm delivery then at 405 telling us the order never existed and musta been a door dash issues instead of asking there own company they offer me no assistance whatsoever and end of the conversation instead it left me to call their online department have it canceled and make me go to the store and order myself the entire time the internet department was able to see the order but the store wasn't nobody even considered offering to do this for us since it was their stores mess up when asked why we were told differently about reptile vet visits being a part of the vital care we were referred to a manager who simply called back and said it's not included and we're not sure who told you differently but have a good day. You seem like clearly an error on their part but nobody was going to take accountability why we spent 6 months paying for it without so much as enjoying any benefits beyond a 20% discount two different times since Petco isn't even in my area it wasn't worth the gas to drive there We kept it under the assumption there was some type of vet care indoor initial Check up included we wasted money for 6 months to be told whoever it was didn't know what they were talking about The story's been a disappointment since the day we bought our bearded dragon besides getting a great pet this place has been over all a big disappointment we won't be back."
