"Left work to pick up some cans of high performance enamel for scissor lifts that my company repairs. Website said they had the paint in stock. Get to the store, and they are not in stock! Wasted 30 minutes. This is not the first time either. Why doesn't Menards just do away with showing whether or not items are in stock? Just have your customers call in if you can't manage your inventory."
"Absolutely terrible customer service. I was simply having a family reunion and reconnecting with some old chums building a fort when a rude worker interrupted us. They proceeded to cuss us out, giving us unwelcoming stares. We began to leave the store feeling their hostility towards us when we realized they were talking amongst themselves about us. I highly suggest going to a Home Depot for supplies instead, as the workers here do not know how to act."
