"I frequent this location often. It is well organized and clean. I usually find everything I need relatively quickly, and I have asked a few employees for help and most of them are very helpful. There is a short Older lady she looks like she could be Mexican, or of some Latin descent, I have heard her on several occasions, talking trash about other employees. She does this in front of customers. I also witnessed her chastise a younger black girl while she was trying to finish up my transaction. She was so focused on trying to demean this young lady that she Stood in the way as I was trying to exit the store with my child, causing me to have to say excuse me several times in order Exit the store. I have witnessed her talk about an employee she viewed as being “super slow”. Not sure if this lady is a member of management, but Every time I come in and she works, I Constantly hear her complaining about her coworkers and it’s just extremely unprofessional."
"Compared to any of the Madison stores, this one is worth the miles to get to Portage. Well stocked, well organized and friendly helpful employees. Keep up the good work!"
"The employees or the managers will not actually help customers find anything. They point across the store at several locations and tell you that if you can't find it then they must be out of it. They smile and say hi.. when you enter the store but as soon as you ask them where something is located then they don't want to talk to you."
