At the Main Street Kitchen the spicing profiles from one menu item to another are not muddled into a homogeneous sameness, but remain delightfully true to their own individual styles of origin. Within a particular dish, each of the flavor components has a distinct presence and they all are married by their complimentary and contrasting qualities into a coherent and beautiful whole. The finish and mouthfeel of the sauces is collected and unbroken, and the vegetables are perfectly prepared. You’d have to hate life itself to dislike Main Street Kitchen."
