"I walked over from my apartment and the doors were locked hours before close, had to wait outside in the cold. Employees refused to bring my food outside and I had to walk to the drive thru window on foot to get my food as if I'm a car? They forgot my KFC sauce on top of that, so I had to eat the driest chicken tenders I've ever had in my life, with no sauce. KFC is easily the worst fastfood chicken you could get, literally just go anywhere else and you'll get better food and service. I'm 99% certain the positive reviews are fake and the owner is making bot accounts to inflate their ratings."
