"Every employee I've met has been extremely pleasant. My special orders have always been correct going through the drive thru."
"I wanted something cheap and quick because I was busy and hadn't had Rally's in a while. It was cheap at $7, and I had a small fry, and because they were two for 4.50, a chicken spicey chicken sandwich, and hamburger. I also ordered an ice tea, which was horrible. The sandwiches hit the spot, I would not rave how good they were, but they filled me up. The frys were good and hot and forgot how much I liked them. It made me wish i ordered a large and not a small one. The person at the window was nice and pleasant and offered me upgrades and sides. For $7ish dollars, the meal was a good value. The next time, I will order the chicken sandwich and a large fry and get my Tea elsewhere or have a bottle of water."

"This Place has given me BOTH of the best fast food experiences of my life. Fast polite service for cheap food. The employees always seem like they genuinely enjoy working here and doing customer service, so much so that I've felt compelled to tip the cashier every time I've been here. The fries are the best in fast food, infinitely crunchy and always piping hot, chicken sandwiches are a classic (don't add bacon) and the chicken tenders are a solid 7/10. Don't ask for Honey Mustard it's kinda just mustard."
