Del Taco

"My fish tacos fell apart. I've ordered these so many times....it's my favorite Del Taco meal. They have always been made with two corn tortillas and last night there was only one. What a mess. The ingredients were good. Fish was tasty and crispy, veggies fresh, but assembly was AWFUL. Plus, two tacos, small fry, small drink and a bowl of soup were $20. For that much money and what I got you can afford two tortillas on a taco. I'm sorry, but shrinkflation and higher prices negates a return trip."

"I normally don't bother leaving reviews for fast food places, however this Del is always on point and deserves recognition. The staff is talkative and friendly, the food always is fresh and hot, and the restaurant is clean and well maintained."

"I have been a fan of this chain for over 2yrs, This was my first visit to this location which was a total disaster. The drive thru experience was lack lister as the order taker was not familiar with the menu, nor the current specials. The order taker continually cut me off ( which was rude & disrespectful), they did not try to upsell the order I placed. Upon getting to the window my order was incorrect even though I restated at three times, I made mention to that and instead of them canceling the incorrect order and charging me for a combo which was what I stated I was charged two separate orders then they complted both charges as they still were in possession of my credit card. My order wasn't the appropriate temperature and the bag was greasy needless to say I won't returning to this specific location I also asked for a member of management was told there was not one on staff which is preposterous I found it back later and was told they could not disclose the corporate or regional directors phone number again pitiful customer service at no time did anyone offer an apology nor make an attempt to correct the issue."

"I was really disappointed with the service I got. The cashier was super friendly to the person in front of me, but when it was my turn, she didn't even greet me or smile. She just took my order without asking how I wanted it. She assumed I wanted takeout and gave me a bag, while others in front of me got trays to eat in. She made the same assumption with the two guys ahead of me. Will I go back? Yes, I will, but I hope for better service next time. You'd think that with my food already in a bag, it would be hot. But I'm sitting outside with food that's barely warm, and it looks like it was thrown together in a hurry."

"First time here and i must say the food was fresh and it wasn’t a long wait. I got the steak tacos and they were good, the steak was seasoned well. However i wish they had cilantro instead of lettuce on the taco’s. Cojita or feta cheese instead of shredded cheddar cheese. I got fries and they were fresh. I also ordered the orange crème shake and it was a 10/10! This place beats Taco Bell for sure. Get the green sauce to dip your taco’s in you won’t regret it!"
