"It's been a few years since I've stepped foot into a Jimmy John's. With that said I'm so happy I did. I was amazed at the updating to the restaurant (Location Moved) and the menu changes. Of course the old favorites are still there along with a few new ones to boot. They have really wicked (good) sides and the chips are amazing. My sub was made to perfection and yes it was freaky fast and definitely freaky good. I would recommend Jimmy John's to anyone who wants a sub and has very little time to hassle around. Also remember to use the app. It saves big time and earn awesome rewards. Overall a positive experience the few times I've been back so I know it's not a fluke but truly an awesomely run and managed franchise."

"I needed to feed a large group of people with short notice. Talked to my delivery driver, and he gave my info to the store manager...2 days later, Chris got his staff into the store early and I walked out of the Plymouth Rd Livonia store at 11 a.m. with party boxes to feed 100 people! So thankful to Kahari (I hope I spelled his name right!) for hooking me up!"
