"Worst drive thru in the state. Had me pull forward and wait for a cheeseburger then after 20 minutes of waiting I went inside to learn they forgot they had me pull forward. Wasted my entire lunch break so now I don’t get to eat. The workers there are a special kind of stupid"

"Always sitting in line forever. Never gets the order correct. Food always tastes like it sat out for hours."

"Only reason I knock the service is because of the time it takes to get your food is longer and longer especially the drive drive-thru! They aren't hiring enough people plus they all seemed disorganized. Other issue? These stupid kiosks to order from! Noone wants that. What happened to customer service and saying hello can I help you?? That's gone. There's hardly anyone upfront to take an order or answer how long will my food take... it's unacceptable"

"Ordered two breakfast sandwiches with bacon. The order was made wrong. They put on a sausage patty instead of bacon. Receipt said bacon, the receipt they put on the sandwiches said bacon. I was declined a refund and declined a new order by Uber eats. McDonald’s has done nothing about correcting their incompetence to read. I hardly even eat at these nasty so called restaurants. This situation has ensured me to never give them another chance. Customer lost for life!:)"
