"My tenders came out at a normal respectable time. The milk shake….. that’s another story! Not only did I have to go in and ask for it, after waiting 20 minutes… They still gave me the wrong one!!! My number was 137 and they gave me number 144! Why is accurate customer service so hard to get????"
"Rarely go to Culver's, but the Cod looked super good on the commercial, so I got pulled in. If you've never been to a Culver's, you order and pay at the front counter, then they give you a number to put on your table and they bring the food to you a few minutes later Pretty expensive for fast food ($15 for the 3 piece Cod dinner). For reference, the Cod dinner at Big Boys is a dollar more, you get way more fries, and of course a full service dining experience. Cod was very good; with a nice, crispy batter. Fries were the crinkle cut kind, they were perfectly done. Coleslaw was nice and creamy. Roll was a little stale. Like most fast food restaurants, at the end of your meal you buss your own table. Pretty good overall."
