"Qdoba has officially been brought to my no longer eat here list. I've been actively coming here for years. I think they said nearly 300 times on their system. They do half scoops of everything, and then when you ask for a full scoop, it's now extra. So your bowl is aboit half full after you put everything on, and it's now 11 dollars for the cheapest bowl. Every few months they seem to offer less and less and make it more and more. No longer worth the price unless you just don't care."
"Keep coming back thinking something is going to change. You can tell this location is going down hill and they are trying to pinch Pennies. The portion sizes are not worth paying the type of money you do. Surf n Turf “double the protein” was 5 shrimp and 5 pieces of steak. Queso is usually cold, no hot sauce and service isn’t the greatest."
"I came here today with my boyfriend and we both got the 3 cheese nachos. First off, their portion sizes are TERRIBLE. They gave us like a half of scoop of everything, my chips tasted like they were super stale. We asked for new chips and they (Riley and the manager with no name tag) were throwing and banging stuff around getting us new chips aggressively. The one in Fruitport is SO much better and I will never be coming to this one anymore. We will be contacting corporate after this one. ALSO, (yeah there’s more) the dine in is TERRIBLE the tables are messed up and wobbly, the backing of chairs are ripped up."
"Note on the atmosphere rating, this location could use a heavy-duty facelift. Particularly behind the counter, it appeared quite grimy. I ordered a bowl through the mobile app and it was ready when I got there about 10-minutes after I left my home. The bowl was very tasty, but compared to the amount of meat in it, which was miniscule, it was a near vegetarian experience. Now I would suppose that one could order extra meat, and should I return there, that would be an option, but I must admit that I was very disappointed with the portion-size of the meat. Other than that, it was delicious. Since I can't give it 3.5 stars on the scoreboard, I'll give it 4-stars, but I really mean 3.5. One thing that I forgot to mention in my review is that basically, this is a cold dish. What ever included ingredients were warm or even hot from service are completely muted in temperature from all of the cold ingredients. So overall the presentation is cold. I would have preferred it to be warm or even hot. I should also note that if there was even an ounce of meat in the dish (my estimate), there should have been more, much more, and I pause to wonder just what the corporate standards are for their meat portions. I realize that expenses have increased and these type of restaurants are not themselves cheap to dine in. But, I would rather pay more than to have the meat portion infinitesimally small. I also priced out a bowl at their competitor and it was over $20.00 just for the bowl. My QDOBA bowl with drink was just over $15.00, which when I consider what I got for that price, is on the expensive side. Another note, I rarely if ever follow up on the "response from owner" comments. It requires too much time and effort from me to follow through with a restaurant's customer service/corporate errors. The payoff for following up is not worth the effort if they cannot correct the actual problem. Note that they didn't even get my name correct."
"I keep going back thinking I just got a bad server. No they all give you about 4 pieces of meat. This places sucksss at portion sizes, go to the Fruitport one."
