"This was our first time at this location. Took the kiddos for breakfast since it was a snow day. The food was hot, fast and very yummy. The staff was professional and friendly. There was a problem in the kitchen so one of our meals came out just a couple minutes behind the rest, which was no biggie at all. The manager came out right away and apologized and offered to discount our bill for the inconvenience. It really was not a big deal, but it's customer service like that, that keeps a place running and customers returning. We'll definitely be back soon!!"
"Service was excellent. Restaurant was clean. This was my second time there to order the fish and chips. The first time the fish was absolutely delicious. This time, not so good. I am giving 5 stars because the manager came to my table and listened to my concerns. He let me know that the batter that he normally ordered was not available, but would be in the following week and took it off the bill. I will definitely return to this restaurant in the near future."
"Food is what it is ! Not the best not the worst! Customer service is a no go! Food came out for my son and it was so bad we asked waitress to take back and my son ordered something else she put the order in and came back to the table saying that we still have to pay for the side salad!! Haha ok no problem! So rude! I’m sure management sent her back to our table to tell us that!"
"Our dining experience started with us having to go to the group of employees standing around in the back and ask who our server was. Service was terribly slow. Food was incorrect, cold and not appetizing. Another table left before their food came out and another table was visibly upset with their whole experience. Our previous visit was so so, but this one was horrible. Staff was very unprofessional."
"Give yourself a good 2 hour window to eat here. The food is good, but the service is SO SLOW. I have been here about 5 times in the last year, and every time, we have to wait at least 45 minutes from ordering to actually getting our food. We're a family of 4 and we usually get here between 9am - 11am on Sundays. The servers are good, not over-the-top nice or anything, but they do their job. My biggest issue is just how long it takes to get your food and the lack of happiness I guess. As far as the atmosphere, no one really smiles, but you can see they are just doing their job. The TV's are cool. Portions are average."
