"Staff were friendly I had the American style bacon cheeseburger with french fries. The french fries were good but the cheeseburger wasn't the greatest. Other than that I'm satisfied with the service"
"Typically Russ’ has always been a staple in my life for good food, for a good price, and great service. Tonight however had awful experience. Waited 25 minutes for ordering drinks on top of another 15 minutes for food order with two toddlers. This turned out to a grand total of 2 hours in the restaurant. Hoping this is was a one off experience."
"Our food came out very warm and nice. Our server was very professional and always kept asking us if we needed anything and I appreciate that about her."
"It's a nice throwback to family diner days. Clean, simple menu, friendly service, reasonable prices, and good food. We liked the vintage-style Muskegon murals that decorated the front dining room where we ate. If you're in a hurry, this may not be your place. Our salads came out 20 minutes after ordering and our entrees came out 10 minutes after that. Bill came 10 minutes after we were finished eating. To be fair, our waitress had a lot of tables to cover."
