"Waited in the entrance for a few minutes before just walking up to the server station because no one came to seat us. Everything else went smoothly with the staff. Small portions for the price. My shrimp was overcooked. Otherwise, the atmosphere was great, and the food was flavorful."
"First time for both my fiance and I. Our server was excellent and fun! Free anniversary dessert and free photography! She willingly took our picture for our anniversary. Then when leaving we decided to get our picture taken by their beautiful Christmas tree outside. A worker who was standing by the hostess stand came out and took our picture! Then after telling her thank you and what great food and service we had she then hands us a card to come back! Amazing customer service. We will be back!"
"We always love the Hearthstone. In the past, everything has been stellar. Today, the service was excellent and the ambiance was better than the past. The manicotti was good, the French onion soup was as good as always, however, the New York strip came out cold but flavorful. The strip was half grizzle and fat. When we waited until the end to show them the fat/grizzle, (mom was tired and we weren’t waiting for different food) they took 5.95 off a $39 steak. I’m guessing we will choose a different restaurant next time."
