"First of all, I have to give a HUGE shout out to Brad Dowdy, who works at this location (Sherman Blvd.). He is usually the guy working the window when I come in the mornings before work. His customer service skills are top tier. He is always in a great mood, willing to help, and is just an overall awesome person to interact with in the morning. I sure hope Panera is giving this guy the recognition and accolades that he deserves. If they are not, they are doing their entire business a disservice. To everyone else in a customer service role: Be Like Brad."
"Every visit here has been without incident. It's fast casual, but they are executing right at this location. I've only ever ordered ahead here and picked up, so I haven't experienced dine-in. Thank you for utilizing Rapid Pickup properly! My food is always good, and exactly what I'm expecting it to be. No pics because I eat it too fast - Oops. Shout out to my favorite Mediterranean bowl!!! Kudos to Muskegon Panera!"
"Twice now, they refuse to honor a gift card that was purchased & activated by Wal-Mart. I even brought in the receipt as proof. The manager was rude & refused to honor the gift card or make it right that their system would not allow me to use the gift card! I will never eat at Panera Bread again and will tell everyone I know about my experience with them. Poor customer service! Absolutely unacceptable & unbelievable!!!"
"I usually love Panera, but I was pretty disappointed in their new “chef’s” chicken sandwich. First off…. Panera has always had great salads, soups & sandwiches, why do they keep adding menu items to fit in with the rest of the fast good crowd? I was kinda surprised to see them jump into the chicken sandwich war… they should have stayed out if it! The sandwich I ate yesterday was probably the worst chicken sandwich in the market. The bun was way too big for the dried out piece of chicken, fried pickles were a few small crumbles, spicy sauce was was almost unnoticeable. I was really disappointed. I guess I should stick with the soups & salads like I usually go Panera to eat. Or maybe Panera should stick with what they do best and forget about trying do it all."
