"We enjoyed our recent experience for lunch. What made it so enjoyable was one of the employees Trent, he went out of his way to hold conversation and get us everything we needed. He was so friendly and kind. The only negative today was a mess of spaghetti on the floor."

"As someone from New Jersey, the concept of Fazoli's made me irrationally mad. Italian food, to go? An Italian Restaurant with a drive thru? That said, my transplant wife told me I had to at least try it, and try I did. Let's call Fazoli's what it is, fast food. Your food may be served in aluminum trays stoufers style, accompanied by breadsticks so inundated with butter they would stop the heart of most men in their tracks. The word Al-dente may mean nothing to the chefs here. The sauce likely doesn't use San Marzino tomatoes and isn't simmered slowly for a day using a family recipe passed down from Nonna. That all said, it's edible, and fits exactly what it is. If you were expecting gourmet Italian food, you're in the wrong place.. if you were expecting technically edible pasta you can eat in your car when you're late to work, Fazoli's is your answer I guess."

"The dining room is clean, and there is plenty of seating. Basic spaghetti Sauce. Sub Sandwich is greasy."

"Stephanie was great. She was helpful and brought my food to my table. The place was clean with an upbeat vibe. The food was yummy and hot. The bread sticks are the BEST!!! Plus they are all you want while on the restaurant. And best of all I got a lot of food but did not spend a ton."

"Worst experience we've had in a long time. We waited 30 minutes for them to bring out one item of our order and the meatballs were cold. We waited another 30 minutes for burnt pizza and dry spaghetti. I spent $50 and my kids did not get to eat the food was so disgusting. The lady who brought us our food said she had to jump in the kitchen because they had no idea what they were doing. The employees were on there phones and standing around."
