"Love the food here, that’s why I come here. Tonight I was not happy. I made a specific order of switching the sauce of my meal from brown sauce to white sauce. The kid who took my order at the counter acknowledged that. Once I got home and opened my box, they used brown sauce on my meal. I called Family Kitchen to inform them and the man who answered the phone just gave me a harsh “sorry about that” and hung up. Not happy about the way this was handled and not able to eat this meal."
"We have found that everything on the menu has been excellent, however, I rated it 4 stars, because the sweet and sour chicken wasn’t the best here. Only fried chicken nuggets with an odd-tasting sauce and no onions or carrots or anything in it. They need to improve this recipe and sauce. I’ve heard this from several others as well. I repeat, everything else on the menu is delicious. Presentation is nice and food quality is good. This is our go-to Chinese restaurant."
"The food was mediocre. I am appalled that the poor fish here are subject to living in a tiny TINY tank with absolutely nothing in it but other oversized fish. This is definitely inhumane for them as they can barely turn around. FREE THE FISH!! They need to be relocated to a more suitable location with something to engage with."
"Ordered the cashew chicken lunch special. I elected for the two crab cheese instead of the egg roll. The sauce was thin but good, and they were not shy on the amount of cashews which is always awesome! The chicken however was very dry and bland, and the veggies were frozen stirfry quality. The crab ragoons were flavorful even though shaped differently. The food definitely wasn't bad at all, it just wasn't super fantastic either.... kind of meh..... but hit the spot for a slight Chinese food craving. Restaurant itself was clean and the service.was very good by the way."
"Picked up take-out tonight and it was very good. I had given up on any decent Chinese food in this town, but this was good. Hope it's consistent, because I will be back. The vegetable fried rice is probably the freshest I've had. Check them out!"
