"Poor quality produce. Some of your employees are extremely rude. I told a gentleman there was no tissue in half the stalls in the women's restroom (that he just walked past) and he literally laughed in my face and kept walking. I avoid this store as much as possible tbh."
"Every time I try to cash a check they always maks excuses on why they can't. I couldn't cash my paycheck here, I couldn't cash ny 401k check here, I called and asked if they cash personal checks here, and was told by someone in customer service that they did. Guess what? I showed up and they told me they don't. This walmart is ran by lazy clowns who make up reasons to not do their own job. Done with this place."
"I just got my oil changed Saturday last week. Unfortunately, they didn't check the transmission fluid. Wouldn't you know it, I got stranded just south of Shelby, Michigan. I had to be towed home and someone came out to look at my car thinking the serpentine belt wore out. Symptoms were almost the exact same. And they never set it so the oil change light wouldn't come on until the next oil change. I'm out quite a bit of money for something that could have been easily taken care of."
"Just left the store. The cashier (very sweet girl) needed assistance and called the team lead over. The team lead whom was training someone new was extremely rude. Was literally having a fit as she walked over! I asked the cashier to speak with someone and she informed me this was the manager on duty. I will definitely be calling and speaking with the store manager on Monday. This woman’s behavior was completely unacceptable. Never had issues like this before!"
