"If I can give them a 0 star I would, worst service yet.. I ordered large fries and ask for extra ketchup because I like to drown my fries in them but got told they can only give 2, for real? Are they that low on money that they have to start cutting down on giving extra condiments? Freaking unreal! Hope you go out of business like Burger King next door"

"By far the best McDonalds in Michigan!! I have been a customer for over 5 years and can honestly say they are the best. The staff are amazing and really care about you as a customer. I can not recall waiting in line for more than 5 minutes and usually only about 3 minutes. The food is always hot and fresh coffee. Thank you so much for the pride you put forth in the work you do. It is greatly appreciated. Every McDonald's in Michigan should be trained like by the staff at the River Street location in Holland, MI."

"In side is always clean for the most part good service at night is what the problem is coming to play always got somebody working at the window that barely speaks English a little confusing to understand I go there almost every morning the only one open on my way home from work most of the time I'm explaining to get my order right and they still messed it up I've called and complained and no results has been made in the past two months"
