"Went to Michael’s today while my husband was waiting for his tire repair at Bell Tire. It was raining/snowing and cold. We were looking for a neck lamp for reading/crafting, the gentleman in the framing department around five PM actually came around to help us locate it and checked under-stock and confirmed that not only was it completely out of stock at the location but all nearby ones as well. Excellent customer service. Once we got to the check-out, Jared was standing there and I politely asked if he was open to assist because I’d much prefer have a human interaction. Jared went above and beyond in double checking for any coupons before completing the transaction, which I completely didn’t expect. I don’t get the opportunity to shop at Michael’s much so I declined the offer to sign up for rewards after I had him check my phone number. Exceptional service all around. Highly recommend this location."

"Although I'm not into crafting I typically going to Michael's just to see what they have and the person that I go with always comes out with what you want for plus they offer very nice discounts I believe that's I would highly recommend Michael for anyone then maybe just starting to craft but it also offers all items for the season Crafters I give this place and a plus"

"So went there on my lunch break, I live a couple hours away, I don't get to go to Michael's very much. When I found canvases 70 percent off I was extremely happy. So I grabbed 2 of them and headed to cash out. When I got to the self checkout I rang up my purchase. It informed me it don't take cash. So the lady at the register. Older maybe mid 50's. She way talking with a customer as she very slowly bagged his purchase. 20 mins I stood there when she rambled on about what ever she could think of. Made no sense to me. She could tell I was in a hurry so she moved slower smiling at me. I am happy we now can write about our experiences when we have not so good service."
