"This place is soo HORRIBLE.... First off, they don't even explain the contract that you have to sign to you so then you don't even understand it properly. They just say sign and here's your copy and that's it. No telling me how it works or what my monthly payments are and the contract itself is confusing to understand. Secondly, I wanted to pick my stuff up and then re-pawn as I was told when i pawned it to begin with that I would be able to get more money the next time I pawn it. So I ask how much I owe and they tell them this outrageous amount. Come To find out my payments weren't nothing like I thought they were (mind you they never told me anything) and then not only did they charge me for the first month that I didn't pay but they charged me the 2nd month as well which is why it was so much to pick up. I was LITERALLY ONLY 6 days into the 2nd month. That's right. Only 6 days and when I asked them if they could please do something to help me out bcuz it was barely into the 2nd month and so I don't think they should have charged me the full amount if I was going to pick it up, they basically said oh sorry we can't help you. They didn't even try to help. Like ok we will charge u just this then since it's only 6 days into the month. Or just waive that month so that all I had to pay was the amount they loaned me plus the first months interest. They were completely useless. And not to mention, the outrageous interest they do charge you just to take a loan out on someo. It's pathetic and the people there are just as pathetic and horrible because they aren't willing to help a customer out and they never even smile at that place. You walk in and they all just look MISERABLE and UNHAPPY"

"This place is a rip off when getting a loan, I got a $100 loan on a $550 shark vacuum in immaculate condition plus a 2 months old Barely used $200 Hoover carpet cleaner they gave me $50 so total loan given to me was $150 they charged me $90 a month in interest, Completely ridiculous robbing people who are already down on their luck or they wouldn't be at the pawn shop getting a loan in the 1st place Go to B&B loan on Calhoun st they charge $15 a month for $150 loan."

"Terrible manager named Skylur, she was rude and obnoxious to me, other customers, and the employees there. Ripped my items original package and lowballed on my price to sell to them. Brandy was very nice and a pleasure to do business with."
