"Tried to make a deposit into my business account today, my new ID is in the mail but everything is up to date and legal with my DL and I have the paperwork from the DMV saying it’s up to date and I’m waiting for my new one in the mail. But even the manager wouldn’t allow me to deposit money with my DL, Military ID, Social security card, account number, checks and cash in hand. All staff I interacted with were rude except the one lady that took 5 seconds to grab the manager for me. My personal bank, USAA, would never treat a customer like that,"
