"Never a good experience here. Lucky to be able to withdrawal money out of my account. Seems strange to say. One time they deposited my money into someone else’s account causing mine to go into a negative balance. They admitted they made a mistake, it took them a week to fix it, never got an apology. Don’t waste your time going to Kenny Road it’s just as bad. ATM’s are constantly down. I had good experiences at the Graceland location but it is far from me."

"ATM won’t accept deposits for the last two weeks. Tell staff inside and they just say ‘ok’. New staff is rude anyway, acted put off that I needed to come in to deposit cash. Predatory overdraft and ‘moving around’ of transaction orders when it suits them. I’ve been with this bank about ten years, when it was Cooper; only in the past year have I considered changing banks. My ten years with this bank mean very, very little to the people working here now."
"First I will say the hours were much better when it was CS Bank. Our only day off work is Sunday's so that is what drew us to this bank to begin with. Well they are now closed sundays and have limited Saturday hours. But everyone is always friendly so I can't complain to much, we did have to take some of our banking else where. Another down side is that their ATM has been down quite a bit, which is what made us have to transfer to another bank for some things. We are fine if you are only operating during normal banking hours, but if your ATM isn't working on top of that it does harm us. Can't deposit even threw the ATM on most sundays. The people are great though and that is why we still have a small account with them."
"You almost never have to wait in line. There's a free coin counter for bank customers, so you don't have to pay a fee to cash in your coins at the grocery store. Staff is friendly and helpful, although it seems like I hardly see the same tellers twice. They must have fairly high turnover. I didn't give it 5 stars because when it was Cooper State Bank, the hours of operation were so much better. I was very disappointed when First Merchants took over and almost immediately cut the hours."
