"Where to start! The Delaware office has the worst Management in place that I've ever seen in all my years of truck driving. The gentleman who is in charge down there will sell you the best dream job you have ever heard of, he will even tell you don't read the reviews and don't listen to all drivers because they are so "disgruntled". You will in due time see for yourself! He will lie to get you in there and get freight moving down the road. He switches schedules up all the time even midday, he is extremely disrespectful and has even yelled and fired employees for needing help with certain things or for even asking for equipment to be fixed. There have been more than six drivers that have quit just within the past six months, no one can tell me that he is not the problem and the drivers are. The sad part is is that upper management, in the Mason office along with the owner and HR knows about these problems and yet he still sits in that seat able to run drivers. I would warn any driver about working for this company, the pay may be good to start out but you will pay for it in due time with all the issues with equipment, the company doesn't even have the money to fix the equipment properly, the company does not provide the mechanic with the proper tools for parts to fix the equipment. The CSA scores for this company are in the tank for a reason, you are targeted by. Officers for a reason! Don't just read this review, if you work for this company you will experience it for yourself!"
