"I was dancing around in panera when all the sudden I saw a tiny little gremlin made who called himself Corey. When I asked for my teriyaki chicken salad sandwich Corey came up to me and started pouring hot soup all over my face while the other employees were throwing frizzled onions on me. Absolute poposterous! The atmosphere was alright tho. There were tiny little rats pole dancing and singing karaoke at every table."
"First of all, I pulled up to the drive-thru tonight to hear the automated voice say that the store was closed when it wasn't. The person comes on the speaker to say that they're open and apologized. I had to back up confusing the person behind me. I ordered my food. Please see the picture of the pepperoni pizza below. It was a mess with sauce running into the box. I ate it and it was almost tasteless. Now I bought 2 of these pizzas. My son said his pizza wasn't that good either! The salad was the only that was good. The only reason I'm writing this is because this keeps happening!! This Panera Bread is NOT a consistent place to eat good food. I could've went to Texas Roadhouse and bought a good dinner for less! It is hit or miss when I come to Panera Bread! I don't think I'm coming back to this store, because I'm constantly paying too much money for lousy food! Y'all gotta do better than this!"
"I used to eat at Panera Bread often but it has been awhile due to remote work. I decided to grab lunch at Panera today and was surprised that the restaurant wasn’t busy at noon. I bought a pick two with potato chips and a cup of coffee. That cost $20 which I feel is about $5 more than it should be given the quality of the food, the service provided, and the environment in which it’s served. The salad was heavy in blue cheese which ruined it for me. The sandwich was really good though. Coffee was warm, not hot, and the restroom was small and out of paper towels leaving no way to dry your hands. I miss the old Panera that provided good food and a welcoming environment at a competitive price."
"My husband's first time eating at Panera. He loved the Asian salad and chicken bacon ranch Flatbread pizza. I have ate Panera many times and always pleased. Long lines because the food is so gooood. Short wait due to the excellent team work from the kitchen staff. Bravo. This is how customer service is supposed to be!"
"Ok... so real quick, I love me some Panera HOWEVER I absolutely did not, did not, did not enjoy the white cheddar steak sandwich. It's 100% my fault. I wanted to try something new (I generally love everything). But I also did not pay attention to what came between those ciabatta buns... HORSERADISH SAUCE!! Um... Eww!! Not for me. *whew* ok, now... as for my go-to (which has NEVER failed me in my 32yrs. I like to give a hoo-raah to my Bacon Turkey Bravo. Yes Lawd!! Plus I asked if they could throw a few slices of avocado in the assembly of that good ole' sammich. (Yes, I said SAMMICH. Gotta put some "stank" on it. Carrying on... y'all, the liquid gold (not cheese) but AGAVE LEMONADE!!! *Heavenly Father I...take...this...moment* YES!! I love the freshness of everything at Panera. It's like tasting the sun & licking the wind (in a delicious way). Mmmm... and don't underestimate the pickle spear. Not soft and soggy but having the right crunch is everything. Yeah, they did that. Panera DID THAT! #MakeMeTheSpokesPerson #Panera #PaneraBread #QualityFood"
