"If I could give it less I would. The woman at the desk had an attitude and was not helpful at all. @amazon has free returns to ups when you go in you end up having to buy a box even though you had the one that both product came in the same box but she said it had to be separate. I was going to get charge on a free return ! A fee for a box and a fee for a printed label. The women’s could have been helpful instead she was rude and dismissive. It’s called customer service and hey here are the rules but let me see what I can do to help to make it easier not a nope we can’t do it sorry about your luck"

"Never plan to use this location again. I was in from out of town using my business account, asked employee for some tape to better secure my box as my family didn’t have decent tape and I was concerned it would open in transit. He immediate became short with me and patronized me when I politely said I could simply take it to another location that I was familiar with who had provided tape on a previous occasion. He snapped that he would secure it with tape. So I went ahead and left the box to ship. Box arrived and NO tape was added! Luckily the cheap tape I had used held together, but barely. Recommend going to another location for more courteous, friendly service."

I would highly recommend this UPS Store to anyone. I actually have a UPS Store much closer but prefer this store over it because of their level of service ."
