"Took them days to call me back after I applied for my loan online. Whenever I reached out to them returning a miss call, the lady told me she was busy and I needed to wait for her to call me back. It took her two days to call back just to let me know I needed to pay off my car loan so I could get a loan with them. I wouldn’t be requesting a loan if I had money to pay off an existing one. This is ridiculous and the agent was not helpful at all. Terrible service, don’t waste your time there."

"I will never use this place for any loan arrangements ever again. They automatically add the interest that you would be paying to the loan amount as if that is the total amount that you took out and it is reported to your credit as so so if you took out a loan for $5000 And your interest total will be $3000 they report it to your credit like you’ve taken out an $8000 loan and that’s not fair to the customer. I’ve never heard of any loan place doing that. I hope I never need another loan because I will not be going here ."
