"ATM rarely ever works, night deposit slips are old and stuck together, and speaking to a branch representative is always frustrating because nobody knows the answer to anything. Next closet branch is in Dublin, Oh which is still 30-45 minutes away from where I live. UPDATE: Months after leaving this review, the Hilliard, Ohio branch has failed to make any changes. This time, the ATM confiscated my debit card. Spoke to a representative and they explained that their system did not provide an explanation for taking my card. With so many issues, it is hard to believe that this branch is still open and operating."
"I have been a member of this bank for 16 years. They know myself and my family by name and take care of everything I need. I have had checking, savings, installment accounts, mortgage accounts, etc. through them. No problems at all. I use both the app and the branch location."
