"Went to this branch yesterday to deposit money to pay a bill the ATM literally ate my money never even deposited into my bank. I went around to speak to someone they said unfortunately there was nothing they could do at this time that the ATM has done this before so I'm out $200 dollars to pay my bill due to this branch! Thanks Huntington you are a horrible bank!! I will be taking my business else where!!"

"Yesterday at your Mill run branch we were treated very kindly by one of your employees who went out of her way to make some copies of a transaction that we had mistakenly made at your other Hilliard branch to save us time and trouble. The weather was cold and windy and she kindly brought it out to our car. We were very grateful."

"I realize it probably isn’t the fault of this particular branch but I needed to get in to my safe deposit box TODAY for a paper for my mortgage. I called to see if this is possible (since they are currently only allowing people in by appointment) and it is impossible to speak to someone (the message said to leave a message and someone will get back to you within one business day). The message also said if you need immediate assistance to call another number which when you call it says the current hold time is >40 mins. This is ridiculous. If your branch is by appointment only then you need to have someone answering the phone."

"I got into a car accident earlier this year. It was an awful experience. Two different employees at this branch treated me with such kindness, competence and humanity--I am so grateful. There were several odd things that came up in dealing with insurance. They explained what was happening to me throughout and went to bat for me with the insurance company to speed the process. They could have just done their job. They went above and beyond. Thank you."

"Sat and held up the line in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes due to a SIMPLE address change. After a mumbling manager asks for a different form of ID, he then proceeds to question me, and then tells me to move forward and come inside. For what? Another 20 minutes to change an address which could have simply been done over the speaker or online on their app? No, thank you. It has never been a problem before, but, of course, lets keep up with the inconsistency in this establishment. Unnecessary rudeness, delay, and terrible attitudes."
